Yesterday, the Little Nguyens got an early Christmas gift in the mail from Grandma and Grandpa B. Inside was a precious pumper truck Christmas tree ornament with lights that blink! The boys had seen it a few weeks ago at the Hallmark store, and unfortunately we had to leave without it. But, alas, it was destined to find a home on our Christmas tree. It is fire truck fate. The Second Little Nguyen tested out its wheels to make sure they were fully functioning, and then the First Little Nguyen put the batteries in to make the lights blink. After a proper cross-check, the pumper was deemed fully equipped for Christmas tree hanging. Before hanging it, however, Thomas professed his love for the pumper and said, "I kiss dis fire twuck." The fire truck liked it so much that it flashed its lights. Thank you Grandpa and Grandma!

Zachary would probably kiss the first truck too :). He has become highly fascinated with fire trucks as well which is really funny because you barely see them here. Everytime we hear a siren of any kind is a firet truck though. I think of your boys everytime he plays with them.
