A Hole-y Christmas Luncheon

We were invited to the Second Little Nguyen's Christmas luncheon at preschool on Thursday. What a jingling good time! The children were so adorable, carrying handmade jingle bell bracelets to accompany their voices. Who knew the Littlest Nguyen could sing? He came through loud and clear! Parents, grandparents, and other family members were treated to a chorus of "Jingle Bells," "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Happy Birthday to You" (Jesus being the Reason for the Season)! There was a Christmas tree poem they mumbled their way through, but the actions that went with it were priceless.

As most of you know, one of the Littlest Nguyen's favorite treats is a doughnut, and he has the good fortune to be the classmate of a little girl whose family owns the doughnut shop up the hill from our house. Here, you can see him rubbing his tummy when he realized she had brought doughnut holes to the luncheon! What a reward for singing!
