It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood...

Sea World is all set up!

In our neck of the woods, this is the best time of year to be outdoors. No bugs. No humidity. No oppressive heat. Just sunny days and cool, crisp breezes. This morning, Chi and I took the Little Nguyens and the doggies out for a walk on the greenway, where the First Little Nguyen was our "tracker" and helped us find our way back! The Little Nguyens practiced their skills in rock-climbing, played on the playground, and threw some rocks in the stream. They even brought home two great walking sticks (for future hikes!) and a few rocky treasures.

When we got home, the Little Nguyens had fun playing out on the deck. For Christmas, Uncle Toan gave them a very neat Playmobil air rescue helicopter and a Sea World-type playset. They got to fill the little pool with water today, and it was like the coolest thing since sliced bread! The helicopter even got to airlift an injured visitor to safety!
